【GW期間中の営業・出荷について】
平素より【Sports-W】オンラインストアをご愛顧いただきありがとうございます。
- ゴールデンウィーク期間中は、カレンダー通りの営業となります。なお、即日出荷および弊社休業日前日の出荷は行っておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
- 商品の出荷は、ご注文日の翌営業日から起算して2～3営業日以内に手配いたします。
- オンラインでのご注文は、土・日・祝日を含め24時間受け付けております。ただし、カスタマーサービス業務は土・日・祝日はお休みさせていただきます。
- また、出荷手配完了からお届けまでの日数は、配送会社や交通状況により異なります。あらかじめご了承ください。
★運送会社の特別体制により地域によっては遅延が生じる場合がございます。
★GW期間中、およびGW明けは配送が集中しますので、通常よりお届けが遅くなることがございます。

【Sports-W】カスタマーサービスセンターの営業は、ゴールデンウィーク期間中はカレンダー通りの営業となります。オンラインでの「お問合せ」は、通常通り受付いたしますが、ご返信は順次ご対応させていただきます。

Thank you for your continuous support for 【Sports-W】Online Store. During the Golden Week holidays, we will operate according to our regular business calendar.
- Please note that same-day shipping is not available, and we do not ship orders on the day before weekends or national holidays (Fridays or national holidays).
- Orders will be shipped out within 2–3 business days, calculated from the next business day following the order date.
- Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day, including weekends and national holidays. However, customer service operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
- Please also be aware that delivery times after shipment may vary depending on the shipping carrier and traffic conditions.
★Delays may occur in some areas due to the shipping company’s special operations over the Golden Week.
★Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to the concentration of shipments during/after the Golden Week.
